| 摘 要： | 随着竞技武术套路的飞速发展,竞赛规则的不断完善和更新,竞技武术套路的创编在比赛中显现出重要的作用。在武术竞赛项目中,自选枪术套路的创编备受广大运动员和教练员的关注。文章通过对武术自选枪术套路动作的创编方法进行探讨,以拓宽武术自选枪术套路动作创编的新思路,从而为在新形势下提高自选枪套路质量的创编提供参考。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of athletics martial arts, and the unceasing consummation and the renewal of the contest rule, the composing of athletics martial arts repertoire appears the vital role in the competition. The optional spear technique repertoire composed in the martial arts competition project arouses the athletes and trainer's general attention. This article intents to through the composing the method of the martial arts optional spear technique repertoire movement to carry on the discussion, opens up the new mentality on the martial arts optional spear technique repertoire movement composing, improve the quality of composing optional spear repertoire under the new situation for reference. |
