| Abstract: | This paper takes the Chinese National Woman Handball Team as the research object.Through observation and statistics of the physical training in preparing process for the 28th Olympic games,the author tries to search for the principle which fits the Chinese National Woman Handball Team and come up with the positive advice for the improvement of the training level of woman handball sports,which would be as the reference for the other oppositional collective sports in the same ground at the same time. |
