| 摘 要： | 通过对我国24个省48所普通高校的调查研究。发现我国普通高校体育师资队伍状况不容乐观，落后于中国高等教育的发展。表现为学历结构偏低，科研意识不足，科研能力不高，工作压力大。多数学校在对待体育教师的工作量等方面违反了国家的有关法规等，建议多渠道加强体育师资队伍建设。

| Abstract: | A survey of physical education in 48 institutions of higher learning from 24 different provinces in China presents an unpleasant situation of PE academic research in most institutions of higher learning in China,behind with the development of the Chinese higher education.The teacher faces the heavy work pressure,and working hard.PE teacher's educational background is lower and the research ability is not high.Most schools are affirming that PE teacher's workload breached the national relevant laws. |
