| 摘 要： | 学报评优，是对参评学报质量的一次全面考核。全国地方高校学报第二次评优的结果表明，地方高校学报的学术质量有了较大提升，栏目建设取得了可喜的进展，服务社会的功能进一步彰显。这是近些年来地方高校学报发生的新变化。对于评优中发现的编辑质量和栏目建设的一些问题，只要注意优化评优工作，有针对性地开展一些专题研讨，是不难解决的。学报评优具有激励作用和督促作用，坚持做好这项工作，必会有力地促进学报建设。

| Abstract: | Selection of best quality university journals through public appraisal is a comprehensive assessment of them.The second appraisal of journals of local universities reveals that they are more scholarly,dynamic and conducive to the society.The problems of editorial quality and the addition of new columns can be solved by means of detailed study.All in all,the appraisal of journals will enhance the construction of them. |
