| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次，随着研究生招生规模的扩大，如何提高研究生人才培养质量就成了研究生教育管理的重要课题。从严把入学招生质量关、切实完善研究生的整个培养过程、确保研究生学位论文质量等方面切实加强研究生教育管理，有助于立足研究生培养实际，进一步提升高层次人才培养质量。
