摘 要: | 网络环境下,图书馆实践"以用户为中心"的服务理念,必须设身处地为用户着想,创新服务,可以从这几方面去尝试:为用户提供零距离服务,实现"图书馆无处不在";重视用户体验,实现用户有效、高效、满意地使用图书馆;注重个性化服务,实现用户从图书馆各取所需;突出特色服务,实现图书馆与众不同的服务形式、服务内容、服务效果的完美统一。

Abstract: | Under network environment,libraries must innovate services for the sake of practicing"user-centric"service concept.Libraries can try from several aspects:provide users with zero-distanced services to achieve"ubiquitous library";put emphasis on user experience so as to help users with effective,efficient,satisfactory use of the libraries;pay attention to personalized service so that users get what they want from the libraries;highlight special service in order to integrate forms of service,service content,service effectiveness to perfection. |
