| 摘 要： | 对历届世界杯足球赛进行统计研究,显示主动性的稳固防守与快速多变的攻防战术是现代足球的攻防战术指导思想和发展趋势。根据现代足球攻防战术这一指导思想,结合我国足球运动员实际,本文从心理训练、智力训练、训练与比赛关系、竞技训练中的精神状态训练、身体状态训练、技战术状态训练多方面进行论述,为缩短我国足球队与世界优秀球队的差距提供参考

| Abstract: | Through the systematic study of the World Cup football matches in the history, the present paper comes to a con-clusion that active buttress defence and quick varied attacking and defending tactics is the guiding idelolgy and defending tacticsis the guiding ideology and developing tendency of attacking and defending tactics of modern football. Based on this ideology andcombined it with the reality of the football players in our country, this paper maker makes a discussion on the psychological train-ing, intelligence training, the relationship between practice and matches, the training of state of mind in competitive drills, thebody condition practice and skill and tactics drills in hope that it will help to narrow the gap between the outstanding teams andour teams. |
