| Abstract: | Taking the cultivation approaches of knowledge and ability of innovative P.E. teachers in the institutes and universities as object of study,applying the methods of documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,on the basis of overall analyzing the characteristics of contemporary college P.E. teaching,to explain the knowledge and ability structure of innovative college P.E. teachers and analysis and discussion were given to its cultivation approaches as well. |
