| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方两面针通络散外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对广西中医药大学第一附属医院2014年6月至2015年6月收治的100例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分成2组,对照组50例采用常规手法及针刺进行治疗,治疗组50例在对照组手法针刺治疗的基础上应用复方两面针通络散外敷。结果对照组有效率为92%,治疗组有效率100%,2组疗效分析,差异具有统计学意义。结论:复方两面针通络散外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the Compound Zanthoxylum nitidum Tongluo powder topical treatment the curative effect of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods: a retrospective analysis method, the first affiliated hospital of our school on June 2014 to June 2015, 100 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, randomly divided into 2 groups, control group 50 cases using conventional methods and acupuncture treatment, treatment group (50 cases in the control technique of acupuncture therapy on the basis of the application of dual compound Zanthoxylum nitidum gels. Results: The control group, effective rate was 92% in treatment group effective rate was 100%, curative effect analysis of two groups, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusions: Compound Zanthoxylum nitidum Tongluo powder topical treatment have good curative effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. |
