| 摘 要： | 目的:观察逍遥散治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:100例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为两组,观察组50例在对照组基础上口服逍遥散,150ml/次,3次/d;对照组50例口服恩替卡韦分散片,0.5mg/次,1次/d。两组患者均治疗3个疗程共12周,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征、HBV-DNA、肝功能的变化程度。结果:观察组患者临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(98%vs 84%),两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:加服逍遥散治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效,值得临床进一步研究应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the Xiaoyao powder clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis. Methods: 100 cases of chronic hepatitis b patients with viral hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups, observation group of 50 cases in the control group on the basis of oral Xiaoyao powder, 150 ml/time, 3 times/d; The control group of 50 cases of oral entecavir dispersible tablets, 0.5 mg/time, 1 / d. Two groups of patients in the treatment of 3 period of treatment, a total of 12 weeks, observe two groups of patients before and after treatment, clinical symptoms, signs, degree of HBV - DNA, the changes of liver function. Results: the total effective rate clinical curative effect of observation group patients is significantly higher than that of control group (98% vs. 84%), significant difference is compared between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: add Xiaoyao powder for the treatment of chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis has good curative effect, worthy of clinical application for further research. |
