广西拟水龟龟箱养殖的温度与照度控制技术研究

摘    要:对龟箱养殖广西拟水龟在3个温度水平,5个照度水平,共15个温度照度组合处理组下的生长和摄食情况进行了研究。方差分析结果显示,温度和照度对广西拟水龟的生长和摄食均有显著影响(P0.05),但温度和照度的交互作用仅对广西拟水龟的生长有显著影响(P0.05)。最佳温度照度组合为温度30℃,照度50lx。水温28℃时,最佳照度为100lx;水温26℃时,最佳照度为150lx。

Research on the temperature and illumination control technology of Mauremys guangxiensis turtle boxes aquaculture
Abstract:The growth and feeding conditions of M.guangxiensis were studied, a total of 15 combinations of temperature and illumination including three test temperature levels and five test illumination levels were seted in different turtle boxes. The Two-way ANOVA results showed that there was significant interaction between temperature and illumination in growth of M.guangxiensis(P<0.05),Temperature and illumination have significant impact on growth and feeding of M.guangxiensis(P<0.05).The best combination of temperature and illumination is the temperature of 30℃, illumination of 50 lx. When the water temperature at 28℃, the best illumination is 100lx.When the water temperature at 26℃, the best illumination is 150lx.
