微电子专业模拟集成电路设计课程改革实践研究

摘    要:基于模拟集成电路设计课程教学改革的需要和微电子专业工程教育专业认证的迫切要求,笔者在十余年的教学过程中,对课程定位、教学大纲、教学内容、教材选择和教学方法等进行了不断的改革,以适应微电子技术快速发展的需要,提高课堂活力,激发学生的学习兴趣,突出该门课程的工程性和实践性,强调芯片设计中多个指标之间的折中与优化,教学中并不拘泥于教材,拓展学生们的知识面和知识深度,促进课堂教学质量的有效提高。

Research on the curriculum reform practice of analog integrated circuit design in Micro-electronics Major
Abstract:Based on the curriculum reform requirements of analog integrated circuit design and the urgent requirement of microelectronics engineering education professional certification, the reform of curriculum orientation, teaching outline, teaching content, teaching material selection and teaching methods has been carried by authors in the past ten years. It can meet the needs of the rapid development of microelectronic technology, can encourage students' study interest and stimulate life vigor of classroom. Meanwhile, the curriculum reform highlight the engineering and practice of this course and emphasize the chip design specifications' compromise and optimization. Teaching process do not rigidly adhere to textbooks and expand students' knowledge and depth of knowledge. These reform promote effective improvement of the quality of classroom teaching.
