| 摘 要： | 在日菲关系正常化的多种因素中,美国因素起着不可忽视的作用。随着冷战格局的形成,美国占领之下的日本和与美国保持特殊关系的菲律宾的战略地位日益凸显,美国希望二者尽快建交以稳固亚太防卫体系;战争赔偿问题为日菲交涉提供契机,美国积极从中展开斡旋,在鼓励菲律宾的同时亦对日本施压,推动日菲关系实现正常化。

| Abstract: | In a variety of factors of the normalization of relations between Japan and Philippines , American factors play a role that can not be ignored .With the formation of the cold war , the strategic position of Philippines with a special relationship with America and Japan under occupation of America has become increasingly promi -nent .America hopes the two countries establish diplomatic relations as soon as possible to stabilize the Asia Pacific defense system;the issue of war reparations provided an opportunity for the two countries and America actively car-ry out mediation , while encouraging Philippines , also putting pressure on Japan , to promote the normal relationship between the two countries . |
