| 摘 要： | 在前人对产业集群中知识转移研究的基础上,建立了大学对知识转移的间接影响模型,运用环同济建筑设计产业集群的调研数据进行实证研究.研究表明,当产业集群和集群中的企业越来越成熟后,大学对产业集群的关系嵌入性有巨大的影响,并且,集群嵌入性的增强会促进产业集群中的知识转移.

| Abstract: | Focusing on the indirect impact of universities on channels transferring knowledge both from universities to firms and from firms to firms, we investigate how universities influence the embeddedness of industrial clusters, and then establish a theoretical framework. Through an empirical study, we find that with the cluster and firms operating in this cluster growing mature, the embeddedness of the cluster will be considerably influenced by the university. Then, the embeddedness will speed up the knowledge transfer both from universities to firms and from one firm to other firms. Managerial implications are also addressed. |
