| 摘 要： | 随着全球化和工业化的发展,新疆的非物质文化遗产面临着消亡的危机。为加强新疆非物质文化遗产的保护,从产业化、人才培养、政府管理以及法律法规四个方面论述了构建新疆非物质文化遗产保护体系,并在此基础上结合国内外非物质文化遗产保护工作的经验,提出了新疆非物质文化遗产保护的新出路。
