| 摘 要： | 人才的创新能力在于有志 ,有力 ,有物相之。有志 ,即有追求 ,有理想 ,有抱负 ,有动力 ,有毅力 ,有渴望 ,有激情 ,如痴入迷。有力 ,即有渊博的知识、丰富的经验以及由此内化与升华的素质和素质外显的能力 ,特别是学习能力、理解能力与创新能力。有物相之 ,即要有客观条件 ,要会用、善用客观条件 ,处理好个人与别人、集体、周围有关事物的关系。

| Abstract: | The ambition,capability and corresponding exterior circumstances are the three essential terms to achieve one's creativity. The term of ambition determines that one must have his ideal, pursuit, aspiration,passion and perseverance. To have capability means that he must obtain broad and profound knowledge and accumulate rich experiences, then he can acquire a higher quality and various abilities including learning,comprehension and creating etc. The last term of related external circumstances requires a person to make good use of circumstances and to get on well with the others,as well as the unit and his surroundings. |
