| 摘 要： | 当前高职教育"工学结合"培养模式中存在理论和实践偏差,总结国内外经验,可以从政府、学校、企业三方共同努力来完善现有的"工学结合"体制。政府层面,应提供宏观的政策支持;学校层面,应进行相应的教学与管理改革;企业层面,应参与到学校与企业共同建立的组织与信息平台之中。

| Abstract: | Presently,there exist theoretical and practical warp in the cultivation model of combination of working with learning,summarizing experiences inside China and abroad,the system of combination of working with learning can be optimized by coherent efforts of government,school and enterprise.The government should provide macroscopical policy support;the school should reform management system;the enterprise should participate in the organization and information platform built by school as well as enterprise. |
