| 摘 要： | 前苏联著名的教育思想家和实践家苏霍姆林斯基认为,理想的教育应是"培养真正的人……这是教育应该追求的恒久性、终极性价值"。追寻大师的足迹,我们提出并实践了"幸福教育"。"幸福教育"要通过构建幸福课堂、打造幸福校园、促进教师幸福等多种途径来实现。教育以幸福为目的,既是一种实然事实的存在,也是一种应然价值的追求;既是一种教育理想,更是一种教育实践。
