中学体育课开设形意拳初段位教学内容的可行性分析

摘    要:形意拳作为武术非物质文化遗产之一,学生担负着形意拳这一拳种的继承和发扬,根据国家体委段位制教材的编写,认为将形意拳初段位教学内容设为中学体育课教学内容,对形意拳的继承和发扬具有重要的意义;有利于发挥学生主动性激励学生不断进取;符合学生对传统文化的需求;为中学体育武术课注入新的活力,提高习武人口,促进形意拳的继承和发展,并针对学校开设形意拳初段位课程所存在的一些问题,提出合理的解决方法。

Abstract:As one of the intangible cultural heritage in Shanxi province, Students bear inheritance and carry for- ward Xingyi boxing. According to the teaching material of National Sports Commission Dan system, the beginning part of teaching content of Xingyi boxing shoule be set to the middle school physical education teaching content. It has significant meaning for Xingyi boxing in heritance, gives full play to students' initiative, motivates students to keep making progress; meets the students requirement for the traditional culture, Injects new vitality for middle school sports martial arts class, enhances the martial arts population, promotes the inheritance and development of Xingyi boxing. Based on existing problems of setting up Xingyi bxing first grade, some reasonable solutions are put forward.
