| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法等对甘孜藏区社会体育发展现状和制约因素进行调研分析，发现：藏区社会体育专业人才严重缺乏；场地设施不足；群众终身体育意识淡薄等。建议：加大藏区社会体育骨干人才培养；加大经费投入，增设公共体育设施；多层次开展健身性活动和比赛，提高群众的参与度；政府引导，社区宣传，提高群众锻炼意识；抓好学校体育教育。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature review, this paper makes analysis on sports development condition and restricting factors in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The result shows that there is a serious lack of professional talent in the Tibetan society sports, sports facility is insufficient, the lifelong sports consciousness of mass is lack. It suggests that we should increase the Tibetan social sports talents cultivation; enlarging the funds investment, provide public sports facilities; multi - level in fitness activities and competitions, improve public participation; government guidance, community outreach, improve the people exercise consciousness; pay atten- tion to school physical education. |
