| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要论述是新时期加强党的建设、指导各项工作的伟大纲领和行动指南，具有划时代的重大意义。师范学校是传播先进思想的阵地和培养先进生产力、先进文化人才的摇篮，全体师范教育工作者都要结合实际，按照“三个代表”的要求，切实加强师范学校思想政治建设和队伍建设，全面提高教育教学质量，大力推进师范学校党风廉政建设，把“三个代表”的重要思想贯彻到师范学校工作的各个方面。贯彻江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想，要强化“代表”意识，这是加强和改进师范学校各项工作的基础；要履行“代表”职责，这是做好师范学校工作的关键；要提高“代表”能力，这是开拓师范学校工作新局面的保证。

| Abstract: | President Jiang Zemin's important expositions about the Three Representatives have epoch making significance,providing great principles and guidance for strengthening the construction of Party and guiding all work in new times Normal schools are places to not only spread advanced thoughts,but cultivate advanced productive forces and advanced talented persons So the educators in normal schools should start with the reality and follow the requirements of the Three Represenations to strengthen the ideological and political construction,and contigents construction as well Meanwhile,we should improve teaching quality all sidedly and promote the construction of party tendency and honesty so that the important thoughts of the Three Representations can be implemented throughout the work of normal schools To carry out president Jiang Zemin's major thoughts about the Three Representatives,we should consolidate the idea of the Three Representatives,which is the premise to intensify and improve the work of normal schools,and fulfil the duties of the Three Representatives,which is the key to do the work of normal schools well Also,we should enhance the ability of the Three Representatives,which is the assurance to open up the new prospect of the work of normal schools |
