| 摘 要： | 在地方性筑路材料的开发和应用过程中，怎样有效评价地方材料的利用价值是正确选择地方材料和节约材料投资额的关键。只有全面理解了影响地方性筑路材料开发和应用的诸多因素，才能真正找到公路建设中“因地制宜、就地取材”的理念切入点并理解其精神实质。

| Abstract: | In the process of development and application of local road construction materials, how to effectively evaluate the ap- plication value of local materials is the key to the right choice of local materials and the useful saving of material investment. Only the factors of impact on the local road construction materials development and application are understudied comprehensively, can the starting point of the ＂local conditions, local materials＂ idea be found and can its spiritual essence be understudied. |
