| 摘 要： | 20世纪九十年代,美国著名行政学家罗伯特·B·登哈特教授,针对当时风靡一时的以企业家政府理论为代表的新公共管理理论提出了极具批判性的新公共服务理论,系统的对新公共管理思想进行了反思.对美国乃至世界的行政学理论和实践产生了深远影响,直接催生了目前风行的服务型政府理论的兴起.进入新世纪,党和政府开始大力建设有中国特色的服务型政府,而2008年北京奥运会结束后这股浪潮正开始逐步影响我国体育行政管理领域.伴随着这股浪潮,新公共服务理论开始逐步渗透入我国的体育行政管理事业,开始对以往的管理体制和理念产生颠覆性的影响.

| Abstract: | In the nineties of the 20th century,American famous Professor Robert B.Denhardt,directed towards the theory of entrepreneurial government,represented by the new public management theory,proposed highly critical new public service theory and with a reflection,had a profound impact on theory and practice of the administration for the United States and the world,directly spawned the rise of theory of service-oriented government.In the new century,the party and the government began to aggressively build service-oriented government with Chinese characteristics,but after the end of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games this wave is beginning to gradually affect the field of sports administration.Along with this wave,the theory of new public service began to gradually penetrate into the China’s sports administration and produced important impact. |
