摘    要:烷基硫醇、巯基烷基磷酸基和羟胺基分子与Au、Ag、Ni、Pa、Pt、Cu等基底通过S-Au键等作用,在光滑的金属表面以稳定的化学吸附形式可以形成稳定有序的自组装膜(SAM),该自组装膜具有良好的稳定性、有序性及结构可控性,因而在分子电子学、材料科学以及超分子化学研究领域展示了良好的应用前景。为了解决以自组装为基础的有机功能材料存在的结构缺陷问题,需要发展更有效的自组装途径,结合无机纳米材料和有机化合物,尤其是聚合物的复合材料将是配合物自组装研究和应用的重要方向。

Abstract:The stable and orderly self-assembly membrane(SAM) was formed in the smooth metal surface by the style of stable chemisorption through the S-Au bond function between alkyl sulfhydryl,sulfydryl alkyl phosphoryl group,hydroxyl amino molecules and basements such as Au,Ag,Ni,Pa,Pt,Cu and so on.Because the SAM had the characteristics of stability,ordered and structural controllability,it showed the good application prospect in these research fields of molectronics,material science and super molecular chemistry.The effective SAM way should be developed,such as the inorganic nanometer materials and organic compound,especially polymeride materials will be the important direction of SAM research and its application.
