| Abstract: | Library is a particular organization which connecting knowledge information resources and the using of these resources by human being effectively.One of the essential factors of library is librarians.Librarians not only present the whole spirit of library but show library’s comprehensive strength and core competitiveness.This paper analyzes librarians’ character and information literacy respectively,and compares librarians in different levels.How to offer better service to readers by exploring librarian’s potentiality is most urgent problem to library’s leadership. |
