| 摘 要： | 目前，我国职业院校中职业技能教育很少与人文教育相结合。首先，从职业院校对学生培养的状况来看，对学生重技能、轻人文的培养现状亟需改革；其次，从国家对职业教育的政策上来看，国家在强调专业技能教育的同时，更强调注意学生人文素质的提高；再次，从社会的需要来看，企业会更青睐专业素质和人文素质“双翼齐飞”的职业人才；最后，从专业教育和人文教育相结合的途径和方法来看，具有很强的可操作性。

| Abstract: | At present, there is little combination between professional and humanistic education in vocational colleges in our country. Firstly, according to the condition of cultivating in vocational colleges, the status quo that technological know-how is valued much more over the humanities needs promptly to be reformed. Then, in terms of the country policy about vocational education, the country while emphasizes professional education, stresses for the enhancement of humanities quality. Next, based on the social needs, the enterprises favor vocational talents with professional and humanities quality. Finally, the way and methods of the combination of professional and humanistic education have very strong feasibility. |
