| 摘 要： | 公文通过锤炼词句来达到言约意丰语言表达的效果。优秀的公文，不仅要正确选择词语，还需熟知词语在不同的语境中含义、情感和风格的变化，熟练运用、巧妙配合，从而体现公文语言准确美、简炼美、生动美、规范美、模糊美、朴素美。

| Abstract: | Documents achieve the effect of simple language and abundant meaning by hammering words and sentences. Excellent documents not only need to select proper words but also need to know well their different meanings in different contexts and the changes of their feeling and style. They should also use the words skillfully and make them collocate well in order to realize their language beauty of being accurate, normal, succinct, fuzzy, simple and vivid. |
