| 摘 要： | 大学制度文化是指与大学精神相适应的规章制度体系以及大学人在制定、贯彻、执行各项制度的实践活动中形成的关于大学制度的价值观念、道德伦理、行为习惯等文化因素的总和。大学制度本身就是一种文化现象．大学制度文化强调大学制度的规则层面与文化层面之间的内在一致性。在大学组织发展实践中，大学制度文化表现出人文性、规制性、多样性和稳定性的显著特征。
