| 摘 要： | 随着现代远程教育实践的逐步深入，加强教师的网上导学行为评价是保证和提高远程教学质量的重要措施。本文阐述了基于BP算法的人工神经网络模型对教师网上导学行为评价的设计思想、评价模型和实现方法，较好地避免和弱化传统评价过程中的人为主观影响和不确定性，保证评价结果的公正性和准确性，为今后进一步做好对教师网上导学指导行为的评价提供新的方法。

| Abstract: | As the modern distance education develops, evaluating teacher's ability of online guidance properly is of great importance in improving long-distance teaching quality. This article elaborates the design and evaluation mode as well as the utilizing method on online guidance capability based on the BP algorithm artificial nerve network model,by which we can avoid and attenuate subjective influence and uncertainties in the traditional evaluation process so as to make evaluation results fair and accurate,and provides a new better method to evaluate the teacher's online teaching behavior in the future. |
