| 摘 要： | 随着战略性新兴产业的不断发展和技术的不断进步,对高质量情报研究的需求也日益增多。本文面向政府战略决策角度分析了开展战略性新兴产业技术情报研究的必要性和意义,从市场、产业链和技术体系、产业技术跟踪和评价、技术预见、技术研发攻关等方面分析了战略性新兴产业技术情报研究的工作模块,并从产业技术政策研究、科技计划专项前期研究、重点专题领域研究等方面阐释了如何利用情报研究有效支撑政府战略决策,最后,针对政府决策需求提出了几点对策建议。

Module analysis and development countermeasures of technical information research in strategic emerging industries |

| Abstract: | With the development of strategic emerging industries and the technology, the demand for high-quality information research is increasing. This article analyzes the necessity and significance of conducting technical information research of strategic emerging industry from the perspective of government strategic decision-making ,and analyses the work modules of information research in strategic emerging industries from the aspects of market, industrial chain and technology system, industrial technology tracking and evaluation, technology foresight, technology research and development etc., base on which the article expounds strategies for how to use intelligence research to support government strategic decision-making effectively such as industrial technology policy research, science and technology plan special pilot study, key thematic research, At last, the article proposes some countermeasures for the needs of government decision-making. |
