| 摘 要： | 概述近20年来合作信息查寻与检索行为研究的主要内容,并分析存在的主要问题,结果发现: 该领域核心研究力量主要分布于北美与欧洲的图书情报领域和计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)领域;研究样本主要选取学术科研人员与工程技术人员等富信息人员;以质性研究为主,采用多种数据收集与分析方法;研究内容主要涉及合作信息查寻与检索的内涵与类型、用户行为表现与特征、框架模型及影响因素等。通过分析目前研究中存在的不足,指出今后在合作信息查寻与检索行为研究中需要深入探讨的若干问题。

| Abstract: | The research on collaborative information seeking and retrieval behaviors have been presented in details in the recent 20 years, and the main problems in these studies are analyzed. It finds that core researchers usually come from library and information science and computer supported cooperative work in North America and Europe; the research samples are those information-richened people such as academic researchers, engineers and technicians; qualitative studies are dominated, and multiple methods are co-used for data collection and data analysis; the main research topics on it contain all kinds of contents, such as its connotation and types, behavioral expression and characteristics, frameworks and models and influencing factors. Based on analyzing shortages in the research, this paper proposes some important issues which need to further study in the future. |
