| 摘 要： | 针对我国专利数量庞大但专利公信力偏低的问题,在系统理论指导下,结合专利制度作用机理,构建专利公信力影响因素分析框架,并通过问卷调查和统计分析进行实证研究。同时,借鉴因子分析思想,提炼出专利公信力的主要影响因素,依次为政策引导、专利维权、专利素养和专利质量。依据因素分析结果,对有效提升专利公信力给出建设性意见。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to resolve the problem of huge patent numbers with low patent credibility in China with guidance of the system theory. Firstly, it constructs an analysis framework of patent credibility influence factors combined with the patent mechanism. Then it makes an empirical study through questionnaire and statistical analysis. Referring to the concept of factor analysis, it also extracts four influence factors of patent credibility, which include policy guidance, patent rights protection, patent literacy and patent quality. Finally, according to the results of factors analysis, this paper gives constructive advices to promote patent credibility. |
