| 摘 要： | 区域经济发展与产业结构调整和升级需要大量生产、服务、管理一线的职业技术型人才和高端技能型人才。为此,要采取多种途径发展本科层次高职教育。本科层次高职教育必须紧紧围绕区域经济发展战略和产业集群建设的需要,结合人才市场供求信息,科学规划专业布局,确定人才培养规模,满足经济发展对技术应用型人才的需要。

| Abstract: | Regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment and upgrading requires a lot of vocational and technical talents as well as high-end skilled talents for production,service and management.To this end,a variety of approaches should be taken to develop higher vocational education at undergraduate degree level.Such education must closely follow the needs of regional economic development strategy and industrial cluster creation,combine the demand and supply information of the talent market,scientifically plan the disciplinary layout,determine the size of personnel training,and meet the demands of technical talents by economic development. |
