| 摘 要： | 高校与企业、科研院所协同创新已经取得积极成效,但仍存在一些问题。今后要从坚持＂扶强扶优＂与＂扶弱扶需＂相结合原则,引导地方高校踊跃参与省级层面的协同创新;建立形式多样且功能齐备的高校协同创新平台;将服务＂国家急需、世界一流＂目标与满足区域经济社会发展目标相结合,分层次构建区域高校协同创新服务体系;构建多元化的高校与企业、科研院所的协同创新模式;以体制机制创新为根本保障,实现高校协同创新外部需求和内生动力之间的协调与平衡等方面来推动高校与企业、科研院所的协同创新。

| Abstract: | Collaborative innovation between universities and enterprises,scientific research institutes have achieved positive results,but there are still some problems.Therefore,from guide the local colleges to participate in provincial level collaborative innovation ;establishment the collaborative innovation platform with various forms anti functions;Hierarchical collaborative innovation service system construction of Liaoning colleges;construction diversified mode of cooperative innovation;innovation system and mechanism five aspects put forward to answer strategy. |
