| 摘 要： | 实行教师竞争上岗、学生自主择师是近年来高校在"两课"教学方法改革上的一大探索.本文结合玉溪师院在"两课"试行挂牌教学的实践,对挂牌教学的运作机制,教学成效,存在的问题及进行改进的思路等方面作些探索和思考.
