| 摘 要： | 在互联网发展的带动下，在线人际网络开始兴起，并大大扩展了人际网络的功能和应用。本文首先介绍了在线人际网络的概念，比较了它与传统人际网络的异同，并对国内外几个较知名的在线人际网络的特点进行了分析。然后，对在线人际网络在企业中的应用进行了探讨，并且分析了在线人际网络提升企业竞争力的原因。

Then, the paper discusses the applications of online social networks in enterprises. At last, it deeply analyzes the causes of how online social networks improve the competitiveness of enterprises. |
