地方高校校内岗位津贴与基本工资的矛盾与统一分析

摘    要:2006年事业单位收入分配制度改革以来,基本工资改为由岗位工资和薪级工资构成,岗位工资是基本工资的核心,它与事业单位工作人员的职称、职务密切相关,从岗位工资可直接看出职称、职务状况,地方高校制定的校内岗位津贴与基本工资之间的联系,关系到学校教职工的切身利益和学校事业的健康发展。

Abstract:From the income distribution system reform in 2006,base wage is composed of post wage and salary scale wage.Post wage,the core of base wage,is so closely related with titles and positions of institution staff that the title and position status can be directly seen from it.What is the relationship between post subsidies and base wage worked out by local universities greatly influences the vital interests of school faculty and healthy development of the school.
