| Abstract: | The establishment of teaching supervision system is an inevitable trend in the reform and development of institutions of higher learning for adults.It is also an important factor in improving teach- ing quality in institutions of higher learning for adults.Understanding and mastery of the nature and fea- tures of teaching supervision system is the key to establishing and perfecting the supervision system. Therefore,efforts for developing the supervision team,perfecting relevant regulations must be strength- ened. |
