| Abstract: | The respiration in artistic gymnastics plays an important dominant role in the manipulating capability of the muscle, the action of the joint and the intermittence in the rhythm. It directly affects the completion of the movement, and even the quality of the whole combination of gymnastic exercise whether respiration is properly applied or not. We have attempted to inquire into how respiration should be correctly applied to the exercise of artistic gymnastics. |
