| 摘 要： | 教育问题与农业问题同样重要与严峻,教育问题的重要性和严重性丝毫不亚于农业,教育不仅关乎千家万户,而且关乎国家的命运与前途。当前基础教育存在的突出问题是:学生负担过重,为升学而竞争,素质教育难以推行,应试教育愈演愈烈且危害甚大。究其原因固然是多方面的,其中高考指挥棒造成的负面影响是应试教育盛行的根源。为解决以上问题,提出一些思路与建议。

| Abstract: | Education is as important and austere as agriculture because education is not only related to thousands of families, but also related to the destiny and future of the country, the regeneration and revival of the nation. The striking problems now existing in basic education are as follows: the burden of the students are too heavy, the competition for entering a school of higher level is very fierce, quality-oriented education is hard to carry out, and test-oriented education is becoming more harmful and pervasive. There are many reasons to those problems, and among them the negative influence caused by the commanding stick of National Matriculation Tests is the basic source. The article proposed some hints and suggestions to these above-mentioned problems. |
