| Abstract: | The current mechanism of selecting and cultivating talents seems to be very unilateral and utilitarian,and thus hinders the cultivation of innovative talents.The interview-based enrollment held by Fudan University and Shanghai Jiaotong University is a great milestone-like reform in the National College Matriculation System.Of course,it does need to be firmly persisted and continuously improved. |
