| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革和社会主义建设的进一步深入,以民生为重点的社会建设摆在了更加突出的位置,关注民生、重视民生、保障民生、改善民生,已经成为贯彻落实科学发展观的重要内容。目前,广大欠发达地区农村的信息化建设还比较薄弱,必须以信息化为主导来推进欠发达地区农村的民生建设。

| Abstract: | With the economic reform and socialist construction,increasing people＇s livelihood is being put in a more prominent position,attaching People＇s livelihood,importance to people＇s livelihood,security people＇s livelihood,improving people＇s livelihood has become an important part of the scientific development concept.Currently,Majority of less developed rural areas of information technology is still relatively weak,How to advance those areas with infor-mation is really placed before us,This paper is based on this analysis of how to use information technology to advance the less developed areas. |
