| 摘 要： | SWOT分析法是一种重要的态势分析方法，在组织建设、产业发展战略制定方面发挥了重要的指导作用；学习型社区建设是全面落实学习型社会建设目标的重要组成部分。本文根据SWOT分析法，对我国学习型社区建设的优势、劣势、机遇以及威胁进行了分析，并且对促进学习型社区建设提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | the SWOT analysis method is one of the important situation analysis method, in the organization construction, industrial de- velopment strategy formulation plays an important guiding role; the construction of learning community is the full implementation of the construction of learning society and an important part of the goal.In this paper, based on the SWOT analysis method, to our country the construction of learning community advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats were analyzed, and to promote the construction of learning type community and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. |
