油田注水站控制系统设计

摘    要:采用西门子S7-200可编程控制器和MM430变频器,通过PID控制实现了油田恒压注水,把电力电子高新技术用于油田注水生产,实现了注水系统自动化,优化了油田注水工艺,降低了注水系统的能耗,具有重要的节能意义。

Abstract:With Siemens S7-200 programmable controller and MM430 inverter,constant pressure water injection in oil field is realized by PID control.The power electronic high-tech applied in oilfield water production helps implement water injection system automation.The significance lies in energy saving due to the optimization of oilfield water injection process and the reduction of energy consumption in water injection system.
