| 摘 要： | 为了探寻在建设社会主义新农村背景下河南省农村学校体育工作所存在问题和缺陷,文章运用问卷调查法、实地考察法和专家访谈法等方法,对河南省农村学校体育的现状进行了研究分析。研究得出：制约河南省农村学校体育发展的主要因素是农村经济的落后;其次,学校管理者对农村学校体育工作的价值与地位的认识不够;第三,整个河南省还没有制定相应的发展农村学校体育工作的制度和措施;第四,新形势下,农村学校体育设施及资源未优化组合;第五,农村体育教师的匮乏;第六,学校体育教师待遇低下。这些因素都成为制约河南省农村学校体育的进步与发展的瓶颈。文章进而提出了一系列相关的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the existing problems in Henan rural school P.E.under the background of socialist new rural construction,the paper,with the methods of questionnaire,in-pot investigation and expert interview,does the analysis on the current conditions of Henan rural school P.E.The paper finds out that the main restraining factor of Henan rural school P.E.is the economic backward in rural areas;the second factor is school administrators have less recognition on the social value of school P.E.work;the third factor is no rural school P.E.work regulations and rules in Henan province;the fourth factor is that there is no optimum combination on school facilities and P.E.resources in the new era;the fifth factor is the shortage of rural P.E.teachers;the sixth factor is the lower payment of rural P.E.teachers.All these factors greatly restrain the progress and development of Henan rural school P.E.The paper then puts forward some suggestions and strategies for Henan rural school P.E.development. |
