| 摘 要： | 从发展与传统两个角度出发，通过对普通高校体育教师现存的教学指导思想、教学内容、教学方法、以及师生关系和教学评价方式等方面的调查与分析，发现高校体育教师的教学理念还停滞在传统理念上，反映在教学上就是限制、保守、教师本位和规范取向的观点和行为，社会的发展需要全心的教学理念与之相适应，提出建议，为提高普通高校体育教师的整体素质提供一点借鉴。

| Abstract: | From the angle of developing and tradition,and through investigation and analysis of the guidelines,content,ways,the relationship between students and teachers,estimating manner for the teaching activities in the general universities,it was found that the university physical teachers still stagnated in the traditional ideas.In teaching,it is imaged as opinions and actions as limitation,conservation,teachers standard and reguiating tropism.So,new teaching ideas should be adapted with the developing of society,and the thesis has put forward some advice to improve the whole quality of the PE teachers in the general universities. |
