信任、内部竞争与团队程序性知识共享

摘    要:分析团队内竞争和信任对知识共享的作用机制,并建立模型。研究发现,团队内部信任可促使程序性知识的共享意愿,但超出信任关系的知识共享则会产生团队消极怠工现象;同时,内部竞争对于员工知识共享有促进作用,过分强调竞争会阻碍团队程序性知识共享。

Abstract:This paper found that a better internal atmosphere of trust in the team can promote the knowledge agents to form the will of procedural knowledge sharing and does a positive role for it,but the relationship beyond the basic trust will bring a negative phenomenon to the team;too much competition may undermine the most basic trust that is needed for the communication between the members,hinder the team's procedural knowledge sharing.
