| 摘 要： | 随着因特网免费信息数据库的日益丰富，给专利查新工作带来了新的机遇与挑战。通过对网络生物信息学资源特点，Internet著名免费生物序列数据库检索利用，以及免费数据库与商用数据库的比较，对生物序列专利查新工作进行了有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | Free information databases on Internet have brought new chances and challenges to the work of patent novelty searchng.The authors discuss the biological sequence patent novelty searching in the following aspects: the characters of biological information science resources, the retrieval application of the famous free biological sequence databases on Internet , and the comparison of the free databases and commercial databases. |
