| 摘 要： | 使用来自中国国家知识产权局(CNIPA)公布的2011—015年发明专利转让公告为样本数据,通过社会网络分析方法、可视化方法,构建中国内地高等院校与企业间的以专利为媒介的技术转让网络。从所绘制专利转让图谱中直观发现:校-企之间专利权转让以同省主体间转让为主,个别高校如北京工业大学、上海大学等出现跨省向企业转让的现象。同时,大部分校-企之间专利转让为一对一转让模式,主要包括高校转让给某领域的企业、高校转让给本校的资产公司或成果转移公司两种。下一步,应当打破校-企专利转让的封闭格局,充分挖掘高校专利转让以及转化的有效方法,使其不但支撑本地区域经济发展,同时能够辐射更多地区和企业。

| Abstract: | Using the 2011—2015 invention patent transfer announcements published by the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA)as sample data,through the social network analysis methods and visualization methods,the technology transfer networks between universities and enterprises in China's Mainland with patent as the medium are constructed.From the maps of patent transfer drawn,it is intuitively found that the transfer of patent rights between universities and enterprises is dominated by transfers between subjects in the same provinces,and some universities,such as Beijing University of Technology and Shanghai University,have experienced cross-provincial transfers to enterprises.At the same time,most of the university-enterprise patent transfer is a one-to-one transfer model,which mainly includes the transfer of universities to enterprises in a certain field,the transfer of assets to the university's asset company,or the transfer of achievement companies.In the next step,we should break the closed pattern of university-enterprise patent transfer and fully explore effective methods for university patent transfer and conversion so that it not only supports local regional economic development,but also can radiate more regions and enterprises. |
