| Abstract: | Judicial independence and the freedom of attorneys are the indispensable elements during the implementation of the rule of law. The paper attempts to discuss the important functions of the attorneys in the construction of rule of law from three aspects. The first aspect is the environment of the implementation of the rule of the law and the second aspect the order of the rule of law. The third aspect is the economy ruled by law. |
